Cooking Instructions

Prepare vegetable

Cut onion into chunks.
Roughly blend kpakposhito and red pepper.
Chop tomatoes.

Create flavour base:

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.
Fry onion chunks until translucent.
Add chopped tomato and allow to cook for a few minutes.
Add the roughly blended kpakposhito and red pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
Season with Gino Pepper & Onion seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes to let the flavours meld.

Introduce eggs:

Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
Pour the whisked eggs into the stew and cover for 2 minutes, allowing them to cook.
